What you can expect:

My goal is to provide you with quality hoof care so that your horse will perform at its finest:

• I will work patiently with your horse.

• While I do try to work as efficiently as possible, I refuse to sacrifice quality by hurrying or taking shortcuts.

• You may count on me to be on time.

• You may contact me with a phone call, text, email or a message through social media. Whether it is to set up your next appointment, report a lost shoe or ask a question, I will respond as soon as I am able.

• If your horse needs specialized care that I am not able to provide, I am more than happy to refer you to someone who is able.

What I need from you:

In order to best serve you and your horse, there are a few things I need from you:

• Keep your scheduled appointment. Be aware it may be hard to get on the schedule with short notice.

• If you do need to cancel or change appointment times, I understand; I do ask that, if possible, you contact me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Provide a solid place to pull in and park a truck.

• A safe, free of obstructions, flat, non-slip area to work in with good lighting. The nicer the area, the easier it is to produce high quality work.

• Please have your horse caught before the appointment.

• Horses must be taught to stand well and not kick or jerk. Work may not be completed if the horse is a safety hazard and will not be rescheduled if dangerous.

• Payment at the time of service. I accept cash, checks and Venmo.
